Arrangements to cover summer 2023 committee/Council recess and holidays

 

There are no council or committee meetings in August.

 

Committees start on 5th September (Environment) and Finance & Governance on 7th September.

 

During this short recess cover arrangements will be:

 

1.	Day to day Environment Committee items/questions, including Speed Watch	Cllr Mike Smith (Chair)Cllr Johnnie Walker (Deputy Chair)
2.	Financial issues and matters relating to the running of the Council	Cllr Ian Winter (Chair)Cllr Bruce Slater (Deputy Chair)
3.	Town Hall (including events)	Cllr Bruce SalterCllr Tunie Brandon
4.	Council Projects/ Developments (eg Housing, Persimmon, Neighbourhood Plan)	Andy Robinson, Project Officer
5.	Planning, Parking and ETRO	Cllr Tunie Brandon

 

The Town Clerk will be taking holiday during July & August as follows:

 

24th July – 28th July and 31st July – 4th August
