Eye water quality ??? Yesterday October 19th at Eye Town Council meeting residents from the town raised the issue of water quality in the Suffolk town. Many have had issues with the quality of their water supply in the Eye area. Reports of lead in their water and having to take medical tests for lead. Being advised to drink bottle water from single use plastic bottles. Eye Town Council have been proactive in this matter arranging for a representative from NWG living water @nwgtws
to attend and answer your questions at the next full Eye Town Council Meeting on November 16th at 7.30 pm.

Please email the town clerk townclerk@eyesuffolk.org This will enable you to get the best answers to your questions on the night. All questions must be received by November 7th to enable NWG the parent company of Essex and Suffolk Water to respond. If you have no issues but would like to attend you are very welcome, however it would help if you could email your intentions to help with numbers. This meeting will be held in the ground floor main hall to assist mobility and offer wheelchair access.
