Main Council Meeting Agendas and Minutes

The Council meets at 7.30 pm on the third Wednesday of the month, with the exception of August. Meetings take place in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall and all are welcome to attend.  The agenda is published, as per statutory requirements, three days before the meeting. Hence, the agenda will be displayed on the Town Council notice board at the Town Hall.

Council Meeting Minutes

Minutes must be approved before they become the official record of the meeting and will be available to the public after the following meeting i.e. minutes of the June meeting will be approved at the July meeting. If you would like to view any approved minutes, a public copy is held in Eye Library and they will normally be available on line within a week of formal approval.
