Over 60s Strength Training
Strength training is essential for an independent, active life and to help prevent falls. It also helps to prevent and manage metabolic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes and cognitive decline. This class focuses on increasing skeletal muscle, improving joint mobility, flexibility and balance. I am a L3 Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor and Nutritional Therapist. Spaces are limited.
