Last year we were fortunate enough to be able to access an advice session run by BSE Citizens Advice Bureau on Winter Warmth/Heating Costs.   Unfortunately, (and understandably) the CAB do not have any spare resources at this time to provide any training or talks but they have recommended the following websites for relevant advice, which you may find useful for either yourselves or for any families you may be currently supporting:
