Caselton Grange Eye Suffolk Castleton Way
New housing development is coming to Eye and with it a new supply of affordable homes. Eye Town Council is working with the District Council and Housing Developers to promote the take up of these homes through its Housing Task Group. We know that about 40 households currently want an affordable home in the Town. We will post information here to keep you up to date with what’s happening:

Orwell Housing Association are now marketing a new affordable shared ownership home in Laxfield that is due for completion October 2023.
The property is ideal for those wishing to take that first step on the property ladder or move out of rented within their local area where there is limited or no affordable homes suitable to their needs.
Priority for this affordable home will be given first to those that have a connection to Laxfield and the District of Mid Suffolk.
To ensure that local people are aware of this opportunity, I wonder if you could help by placing the attached advert in the parish magazine/notice board/website.
