• The role and responsibilities of a first aider.
• Regulations
• Managing First Aid incidents.
• Dealing with an unresponsive casualty who is/is not breathing normally.
• Controlling major bleeding.
• Burns, breaks and minor injuries
• First Aid Kits
• Safe use of a defibrillator
