Councillor Richard Berry - Mayor of Eye Town Council, 2022 – 2023
Join the new Mayor of Eye Town Richard Berry and the towns people at the Town Hall to parade to the church, through Broad Street and Church Street.
This parade will be an opportunity to show our respect and solidarity with supplied Yellow and Blue ribbons that you may wish to wear, this is of course optional
Line the Streets to support the incoming Mayor as he leads the parade (click image below to expand):
At 10.30am join Eye Town’s Mayor, and townspeople at the Town Hall to parade to St Peter’s & St Pauls Church followed by a special church service at 11.00am led by The Rev’d Dr Guy Sumpter following the Mayor’s Parade from the Town Hall to the church.

Eye Town Mayor’s Return Parade 12.00 noon (The Mayor’s parade will reconvene, leaving the church from the main gate in Church Street. The Mayor will lead the parade along Church Street onto Castle Street joining Broad Street and onto the Town Hall).
Line Church, Castle and Broad Street. Wave flags and cheer to support the New Mayor as he leads the return parade to the Town Hall.
