This year we would like to do a printed booklet for organisation reports, that we can circulate at the meeting.
If you would like to do a report for your organisation and have it featured in the booklet can you please can you fill in the attached report form and send it back to me by the 29th of April.
You will still be able to do a verbal report on the evening however the report will be noted in the minutes but the details will not be recorded.
